- EMT-B Career Path: IU Health LifeLine is excited to offer the ability to become an EMT-B and a part of our team at the same time! This program is one way we reward our amazing team members. Please learn about the opportunity or discover more information in the links below.
- Shifts: IU Health believes in the health and wellbeing of our team members, supporting a strong work-life balance and protecting our patients from safety errors related to fatigue. It is for these reasons we only schedule 12-hour shifts, have duty limits, and have a 10-hour period prior to any shift to ensure adequate rest prior to any clinical shift.
- Pay: IU Health maintains an extremely competitive pay and benefits package valuing EMS as a profession. This is done with consideration of experience in the EMS field (including both EMT & Paramedic positions) to develop an offer following a successful interview process.
